Perfect for a SMALL, MEDIUM, OR LARGE bedroom or home theatre, or where it would be appropriate to place a 6' shooting star.
Shooting stars can be single row wide, double row wide, or even triple row wide.
- Single row shooting star is 6' long @ 1/4" on center
- Double row shooting star is 3' long @1/4" on center and 1/4" wide
- Triple row shooting star is 1.5' long @1/4" on center and 1/2" wide

A "simple" set of instructions make it fun and easy (really). The SS-SFM-288 will create an eye-catching and exhilarating delight every time it comes on. This model can take just 1/2 of a day to install.
The optical fibre we use is the highest grade available. For over 30 years we have been using and recommending Mitsubishi Brand ESKA optical fibre. Stars From Mars®
uses ESKA fibre because there is no yellowing (ever), it will not get brittle (ever), and your light output will always be at its' maximum output.
The Collumator™ fibre optic illuminator, included with the kit, is UL 153 listed for Canada and the United States.
The Collumator™ operates on 110 volts AC and draws less than 1 amp (less than a 100 watt light bulb). We also offer a power converter for international applications. All specifications are available when you download the manual for FREE by clicking on the Stars From Mars® icon below.
Options available are a faster speed 3-R.P.M. motor, Silent Running Fan, and/or Power Converter for international voltages (click Starfield Accessories).
